Selling your home can be emotional, even demanding sometimes. I will market your house around your goals, schedule, family, pets and priorities. Just as I use MLS and my network of agents to find houses for buyers, I use them to market houses for sellers.

While I’m marketing your house, be sure to keep your house in order and ready to show at a moment’s notice. No one really enjoys living in a museum, but keeping things neat and clean will enable potential buyers to see their new home in your house.

While it is ideal to sell your property within the first two weeks, it’s not always possible.With communication, diligence and patience, we will sell your house.
